Description
Highly concentrated alkaline cleaning agent designed for cleaning equipment, railway tank cars, containers, and storage facilities from vegetable and animal fats, proteins, and petroleum products on various surfaces. Thanks to its powerful emulsifying action, it quickly removes even stubborn, aged contaminants. It is particularly effective in fish processing and fishing industries for washing and degreasing food processing equipment.
For manual or automated cleaning, dilute the product at a rate of 30–50 g per 1 liter of water.
 
Composition
≥30% Purified Water; <5% Anionic Surfactants, Non-ionic Surfactants, EDTA Salt, Sodium Hydroxide, Dye.
 
Directions for Use
1. Automated Cleaning:
Dilute the product at a rate of 30–50 ml per 1 liter of water for use in a foam generator. For foam kits, pre-dilute the product with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3, depending on the level of contamination. Apply the resulting solution evenly to the surface as a thick foam using a foam generator. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes without allowing it to dry, then rinse off with high-pressure water.
 
2. Manual Cleaning:
Dilute the product at a rate of 30–50 ml per 1 liter of water. Apply the resulting solution evenly to the surface. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes without allowing it to dry, then rinse off with water. The recommended water temperature is 40–60°C.
